The goal of this diet is not only loosing your weight. With it you will change your metabolism, and it’s necessary because it helps you keep the weight you have achieved with 90-days separation diet. The next 90 days after the diet, all you have to do is eat fruit for breakfast. Other meals are up to you, but try to remember that you have to separate proteins and CH (and try to remember to eat using 90-days separation diet schedule). If you will loose 6,5lbs (3kg) in the next three months means that it has come to a metabolic change. In case of dropping your diet earlier than prescribed, it can not come to metabolic change. You have decided to do the diet, work on it! Results will come soon! If you do the diet for three months (it is not hard, you won’t be hungry) and if you stick to the diet plan you can loose from 40lbs to 60lbs (18-25kg). This is a nice number!

Basic rule of this diet is: if you want to loose a lot of weight, eat cooked food every day, try not to eat bread and lower the fruit amount on “fruit days”. For those who like to eat spicy, baked, choked, more tasty food: it is not very good for the diet and you may not lose all the weight you want to. How much weight you will lose depends on your food preparations! The less you eat, the more weight you will loose! It is not recommended to change eating schedule and combining types of different food. You can only choose food amount!

During these 90 days you switch four different eating days, depending on the food types. Diet starts with protein day, then you continue with starch day, later with CH day and the cycle ends with fruit day. After fruit day, you need to start over with the protein day. Every 29th day is water day. On the water day you can consume water or tea with no sugar at all! Food sequence is well marked in this book and you can even help with writing down the “food days” to the calendar. You can not change the sequence of these days! On the last page of this book you can find complete list of food sorted to the right days.

Eat three meals per day. You can even make four meals per day. If you are hungry during the day take a piece of some fruit and eat it. If your day is long and you are unable to make lunch, eat fruit every two hours. Fruit or vegetable juices are liquids but they are considered a meal.

How to beat your food carvings?

Many people have difficulty when they try to lose weight, especially with food carvings. Usually we carve for a specific foods, not just to satisfy our hunger. Generally the craving is felt for something that will gave carbohydrates to the body, like sugar, candy etc. . It could even be the craving for potato chips or an extra glass of your favorite wine.

Food carvings are nothing to be ashamed of. It has nothing to do with your will power, it’s mostly based on biology and your body. So don’t blame your self and don’t think its just a bad habit. So if we want to beat the food carving, we have to understand why it happens and how it works.

Reasons for food craving

Food carving usually happens, when we have low blood sugar condition, so body sends a signal to our brain that we need something to power it up again. Low blood sugar usually happens when we are exhausted or we feel depressed. The major cause for this behavior is called Serotonin. Serotonin plays an important role as a neurotransmitter in the modulation of anger, aggression, body temperature, mood, sleep, sexuality, appetite, and metabolism. So when we have a low blood sugar, we also don’t have enough of Serotonin in our blood.

That is the main reason we go after chocolate and other candy, because it gives us a short burst of seratonin. But that’s the main problem, the Serotonin kick from sugar is short lasting and we feel carving again, so we go and eat some more of candy.

Another really big factor for carvings is Adrenal Fatigue. So you ask yourself, what the hell is Adrenal Fatigue?

Adrenal Fatigue..

Adrenal fatigue is claimed by alternative medicine practicers to be a condition of the body in which the adrenal glands are exhausted and unable to produce adequate hormones, notably cortisol, the stress hormone of the body.

Persons claimed to be suffering from adrenal fatigue often suffer from chronic fatigue, sleep disorders, trouble getting out of bed in the morning, depression, low energy, inability to recuperate or regain energy levels, lack of endurance, decreased libido, weight gain/loss, and trouble handling physical or emotional stress.

… so lets get back to our carvings

So when we feel like that and we are low on energy, our body sends a signal to our brain saying, please help me out, I need an energy boost!

When that happens, we feel carving and we want candy, junk food or during the day we drink coffee and at night you may want to have an alcohol drink or some other carbohydrates.

REMEMBER; Doing all of these, eating junk food, drinking coffee or alcohol makes this problem even worse, so don’t do it!

In case of Adrenal Fatigue also the body sends a signal to the brain for a pick-me-up and that is your craving for sugar or carbohydrate snacks, or may be, coffee during the day; at night you may look for alcohol or carbohydrates. All of this only makes the problem worse.

Beating the craving

Now that we know what’s causing our carving we can take next steps to beat it. It may take a little time but it can be done. To do that, we need to give our body really good healthy foods, additional nutritional supplements (of pharmaceutical–grade). The process may take some time, but it will succeed.

METABOLIC CYCLE

Studies have shown that the human metabolic cycle consist of three steps:

Cleaning cycle: 4am – 12am. During this period you have to drink a lot of water and eat as less possible. During the diet your breakfest should be fruits only.

Eating cycle: 12am – 8pm. During this period you eat. You can eat as much as you like to. Just keep the right food combination in your mind. Remember the right time delays between meals. On proteins day the delay is 4 hours. On starch and CH day have a 3 hour delay. If you feel hungry take a piece of some fruit or drink a little juice (no sugar allowed). On fruit day you can have more meals.

Digestion cycle: 8pm – 4am. Don’t eat after 8pm!
