METABOLIC CYCLE

Studies have shown that the human metabolic cycle consist of three steps:

Cleaning cycle:
4am – 12am. During this period you have to drink a lot of water and eat as less possible. During the diet your breakfest should be fruits only.

Eating cycle:
12am – 8pm. During this period you eat. You can eat as much as you like to. Just keep the right food combination in your mind. Remember the right time delays between meals. On proteins day the delay is 4 hours. On starch and CH day have a 3 hour delay. If you feel hungry take a piece of some fruit or drink a little juice (no sugar allowed). On fruit day you can have more meals.

Digestion cycle:
8pm – 4am. Don’t eat after 8pm!
