EATING MEALS
While having the proteins days let the delay between lunch and dinning be about 4 hours. Do not eat after 8pm! If you had your lunch late, you should still eat something for dinner (it can be less the food amount as usual). Do not skip meals. The delay between meals during other days should be about 3 hours.
On the first and second day (protein and starch) you are allowed to eat fullcorn bread by lunch. You have plenty options. Some products have a sticker on their packaging saying “health friendly”. Try it.
When having the CH days, feel free to eat chocolate and deserts. You can bake a cake or try other sweet food. Go to the store and buy it if you don’t like to bake.
During fruit days try to have more meals per day. The delay between the meals should be about 2 hours. At first, when starting the diet, you will probably eat more fruit. But eventually you shouldn’t feel as much hunger anymore and you will eat less. This happens because your metabolism is adopting to the new way of eating. Also, while picking fruits, consider what tastes you like.
You can also eat dried fruit. Put it into a glass of water and soak it. You can eat the soaked fruit later and drink the water it was in. Try to find the most natural fruit possible. Nuts are very good for your health as well. Buy 100 g pack and divide it into four parts. Don’t buy and eat salted and fried nuts.
Meat has to be low fat. The best option is chicken, turkey or fish. If you are a vegetarian you can choose other food that contains the same attributes as meat does. For example, you can always use soy.
Choose only quality products, therefore read the declaration on them. Buy only the food you have listed. You will surely need the money for new clothes!
Drinks
Drink at least 2 Liters of water per day. Tea or fruit-vegetables drink are welcome!
Coffee is allowed, but it has to be without sugar.
Alcohol is not allowed because it has a lot of calories. It slows down the weight loss process!
