INTRODUCTION
You have decided to do the 90-days separation diet. Before you start with it you need to consulate with your doctor, especially if you have some medical difficulties.
You need to do something for yourself. Start doing something new. Be physical active every day: walk up the stairs, take a walk, run, do swimming, ride a bike, play, skate … Do things for your soul: do meditation, do yoga, read, educate yourself, hang around with your friends… You need to talk about your problems and try to solve them.
Take a moment to measure your weight, hips, upper leg… Take your measures every day. Be happy when you see some progress! Remember: drink a glass of warm mineral water every morning (can be missed with a little honey or vinegar). Drink at least 2 Liters of liquid during the day. Eat all the food slowly and with pleasure!
Set your goals. Be reasonable, follow your goal and don’t push it too far! Read this introduction more than once!
